Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, for a Lead Interior Designer. The Lead Interior Designer will oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of interior design projects. Background experience & knowledge around Residential Single-Family or Condominiums will be required. Responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, sourcing FF&E, collaborating with architects and construction teams, reporting directly to the Creative Director, and ensuring cohesive design results. The candidate will also manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining the firm's design standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
Experience and Knowledge in Residential Single-Family or Condominium
Expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings
Experience in sourcing and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
Vendor Management
Strong project management skills, including timeline and budget oversight
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and rendering tools
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team and client interactions
Understanding of building codes and regulations; certification or license is a plus
