TPI supports hundreds of casinos each month with targeted direct mail, digital tools, and marketing campaigns that connect players to properties. As our department grows, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator based in Las Vegas, NV to help keep our projects organized, our timelines moving, and our campaigns running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s ready to dive into hands‑on marketing work. You’ll assist with internal communications, conference logistics, campaign coordination, and more—acting as a key support to our Vegas‑based marketing team.

What You’ll Do!

Manage a marketing project management system (e.g. Monday.com)

Maintain a centralized marketing calendar and align timelines for campaigns, conferences, email sends, social content, and mailers.

Serve as the primary intake for standard marketing requests from Sales, HR, and Operations.

Create standardized task lists, due dates, and creative asset checklists for each major initiative (e.g., conferences, campaigns, webinars)

Support execution, creation and manages TPI’s social media posts and website stories.

Create, organize and maintain marketing content, and ensure all content is up to date and accessible by the sales team.

Track and report marketing KPI’s across all campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or administration

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Education And Experience

Two years in a Marketing role.

Associates degree (AAS) in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience with tools like Monday.com, or Adobe is a plus

Physical Demands Must be able to sit for extended periods. Some standing and walking are required. Continuous vision required for detailed work. Frequent hand/wrist/finger movement for data entry.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but the schedule varies and requires flexibility to work as needed in the evenings and weekends. Typically, 40‑50 hours per week.

Travel No travel required.
