is changing healthcare in Oklahoma. We are a locally owned group with 11 clinics, focused on real care and real relationships—no insurance runaround and no 7‑minute appointments. For the past 10 years we have built a direct primary‑care model that puts patients first.
We are looking for a digital marketing professional who is equally excited about conversion rates and creative storytelling. You will interpret dashboards as narrative, build automation workflows, and create engaging content that helps Oklahomans discover that healthcare can actually be good. Your work will genuinely improve people’s lives.
The Role
What You’ll Do:
Master HubSpot Marketing: manage campaigns, create automation workflows, and translate analytics into actionable insights.
Coordinate omnichannel campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, and social platforms.
Build intelligent customer journeys and use audience insights and AI tools to identify trends and develop proactive content.
Lead with video‑first storytelling, be comfortable on camera, and coach others.
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure brand consistency and optimize user experience.
Experiment with AI agents for campaign execution while recognizing when human judgment is essential.
Build and nurture owned community channels beyond traditional social platforms.
Create and edit visual content using Canva and other design tools.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of digital marketing experience.
Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
Analytical mindset paired with creative thinking.
Experience with content personalization and marketing automation.
Design capabilities with quick turnaround skills.
Strong communication skills and an understanding of brand consistency.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with prompt engineering or training AI agents for marketing tasks.
Proven track record with community platforms.
Understanding of omnichannel attribution and connecting dots across the entire customer journey.
Interest in behavioral psychology and its application to marketing.
