What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance, member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, and engagement metrics
Build and maintain marketing attribution models, funnel conversion analytics, and member segmentation frameworks
Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards for monitoring campaign performance and member engagement
Analyze product utilization patterns and support analysis for marketing campaigns and member journey optimization initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or data analytics roles
Strong SQL proficiency for complex member behavior and marketing performance analysis
Hands‑on experience with Looker for building dashboards and analytics models
Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, and member lifecycle analytics
Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding of HIPAA compliance in digital health contexts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Familiarity with GCP services and BigQuery for large‑scale member data analysis
Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
Knowledge of data transformation tools (DBT preferred)
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
