Amphenol High Speed Products Group is a market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are currently seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The position is located in Etters, PA.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the product marketing of the product portfolio and services to drive market share and revenue growth.

Develop competitive analyses and pricing strategies to win majority market share across the industry.

Drive a strong understanding of the customers’ product requirements within engineering to help ensure project priorities meet customers’ expectations.

Oversee customer product qualifications.

Identify product gaps related to customer market share opportunities and communicate these back through the engineering team for development.

Monitor revenue and margin targets; work with sales and operations to close gaps.

Negotiate quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual contracts with customers.

Direct status meetings with customers, sales, product management, operations, and engineering.

Work with group marketing on product promotion and web site search optimisation.

Develop annual strategy and budget expectations.

Work with sales to manage and maximise design win opportunities.

Qualifications

BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.

5–10 years of relevant experience with a working knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operational disciplines in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing.

3+ years of experience managing high‐performing teams.

3+ years of experience working in high speed interconnect.

Achievements indicating strong financial, leadership, and business management skills.

Comfortable working with multiple levels of the organization and with all functional groups.

Competency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Travel is required, with some travel to Asia.
