About the Role: The Administrative Assistant / Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping LNCsearch organized, connected, and visible. This hybrid role blends operations, project coordination, and marketing support to ensure the team runs efficiently and the brand continues to grow. You’ll assist with day‑to‑day administrative functions, internal communications, and marketing initiatives — helping our recruiters and leadership stay focused on client delivery and business growth. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administrative Support

Track and follow up on weekly candidate timesheets.

Set up new employees in internal systems.

Assist leadership with accounts receivable and client follow‑ups.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support scheduling across the team.

Help coordinate company meetings, events, and offsites (including research, bookings, and logistics).

Manage internal celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and team milestones.

Support leadership with client/candidate tracking, sending surveys, and preparing research lists.

Marketing & Brand Support

Manage company social media presence, including posting and scheduling content.

Research, write, and curate articles or industry content for publication.

Assist with presentation materials for client meetings, internal trainings, and marketing decks.

Coordinate light campaign management to help promote LNCsearch’s brand visibility and recruiter outreach.

General Team Support

Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal team needs and updates.

Maintain internal templates, documents, and systems to keep the team organized.

Support leadership with miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and social media tools (especially LinkedIn).

Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or other creative tools.

A proactive, team‑first attitude and genuine desire to help others succeed.

2–4+ years of professional administrative, operations, or marketing experience (experience in recruiting or professional services preferred).
