Marketing Manager (Hybrid) – Family Law Firm
Location: Hybrid – Dallas, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
We are a fast-growing family law firm focused on providing exceptional service to clients navigating difficult life transitions. We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing presence, strengthen our brand, and drive consistent growth. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and confident in managing multiple projects at once. The Marketing Manager will lead the firm’s day-to-day and long-term marketing initiatives. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital platforms, managing content creation, planning events, and generating and monitoring client reviews. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative legal environment and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and community‑focused).
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.
Content Development
Create or coordinate content for social media, newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates.
Ensure messaging aligns with firm values and resonates with family‑law clients.
Online Marketing
Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent posting schedules.
Oversee the firm’s website content and SEO initiatives.
Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Event Planning
Organize firm events, community outreach initiatives, and networking opportunities.
Coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, and promotional materials.
Client Reviews & Reputation Management
Implement and monitor systems that encourage client feedback.
Track, analyze, and respond to reviews across platforms.
Maintain and improve the firm’s online reputation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or law.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with social media management and digital advertising.
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing platforms.
Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
Ability to work onsite part of the week and remotely part of the week.
Compensation $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
