Serve as a generalist for the Communications department by applying your skills in creativity, collaboration, and storytelling to shape how our company connects with employees, guests, and the media. As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you’ll support a variety of initiatives, from internal communications and media relations to crisis and business communications, while gaining exposure to multiple areas across the organization. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow their skills in corporate communications, public relations, and strategy while working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and deliver engaging internal and external communications that align with company goals and KPIs.
Develop story ideas, communications plans, and content across multiple channels (press materials, intranet, newsletters, digital screens, etc.).
Support media relations, including drafting statements, coordinating inquiries, and staffing media events.
Assist with issues management and provide support to restaurant teams on reputational matters.
Collaborate with Communications Managers and Directors on large-scale campaigns and company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in communications, journalism, PR, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills (AP Style proficiency preferred).
Experience with communication tools and platforms (e.g. MS Office, Canva, WordPress, or similar CMS).
Excellent project management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about all aspects of the business.
