Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff. What We Are Looking For
Property management experience Section 42 tax credit & Section 8 project based assistance experience Demonstrated leadership abilities Budgeting experience Customer service mindset Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company) What We Offer
