Rotochopper is seeking an experienced, strategic, and data‑driven
Marketing Manager
to own and elevate our marketing organization. In this role, you will set and execute the full marketing strategy – balancing brand building, demand generation, and customer experience to drive measurable growth. You’ll lead a team, shape our voice in the market, and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on both big‑picture vision and tactical execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of in‑house experts and agency partners.
Build and execute a B2B marketing strategy that fuels awareness, leads, and growth.
Shape brand voice and messaging across digital channels, trade shows, and campaigns.
Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for measurable ROI.
Partner with sales and product teams to launch innovations and tell powerful product stories.
Put the Voice of the Customer at the center of everything we do.
Optimize the use of marketing technology (CRM, automation, analytics platforms) for scalability and performance.
Ability to travel 15‑25% for trade shows and customer site visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong B2B marketing expertise, ideally within industrial manufacturing, construction equipment, or agricultural background preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading strategic marketing programs tied to business growth.
Expertise across digital marketing, brand strategy, trade shows/events, CRM, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to connect marketing efforts to measurable business impacts.
Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in a hands‑on environment.
