Our team operates at the intersection of sport science, performance, and hospitality, creating events and programs that inspire, educate, and engage.
Role Overview We’re seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator with a strong sales orientation and preferably a background in golf, high-performance, and / or athletic culture. This contract role will focus on executing two webinars and one in‑person event in Jacksonville over a 3–4 month term, with potential for longer engagement based on results.
You’ll collaborate with the existing Audens team to recruit and manage partnerships, coordinate outreach campaigns, drive attendance and sponsorship outcomes, and execute on top‑tier online and in‑person events. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who’s part strategist, part closer, and brings sharp execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote events, webinars, and programs.
Secure event partnerships and sponsorships with relevant brands, facilities, or organizations.
Manage lead lists, outreach campaigns, and follow‑ups to drive registrations and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing collateral, social media content, and promotional materials.
Track metrics and report on marketing ROI and sales outcomes.
Event Coordination
Plan and execute logistics for both virtual (webinar) and in‑person events.
Manage vendor and venue coordination, event setup, and day‑of execution.
Support guest communication, RSVP tracking, and post‑event follow‑up.
Coordinate with internal teams (HP Coaches, PTs, S&C Coaches) to align event content and experience.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and / or event coordination (preferably in fitness, sports, or performance industries). The marketing and sales work will be a critical part of this role and previous experience is required.
Proven ability to sell whether it’s partnerships, sponsorships, or event seats.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools, social platforms, and project management systems.
Creative eye for collateral and campaign design is preferred but not required.
Connections to the local golf, sports performance, or wellness industries are preferred but not required.
Must be based in the Jacksonville, FL area.
Compensation
$30/hour (20 hours/week)
Commission opportunities for event and sponsorship sales
