Unified Communications Analyst Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Unified Communications Analyst to support over 5,600 mobile devices across the organization. The role involves device configuration, end‑user setup, troubleshooting, policy and configuration management in Mobile Device Management (MDM), and handling shipping logistics to our facilities.

What You Will Do

Provide day‑to‑day mobile device management support to departments and end users.

Place orders for mobile devices as needed.

Create and modify MDM policies and configurations based on application requirements.

Configure new and replacement devices.

Support Microsoft Teams platform, including new Teams requests.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Information Systems.

Experience Qualifications

Two (2) years of Mobile Device Management experience.

Alternatively, four (4) years of MDM experience in lieu of the education requirement.

Skills And Abilities

Ability to assess situations, troubleshoot, and resolve problems or complete requested tasks.

Ability to follow outlined processes.

Proficient in Office 365 products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Administrative support skills, including receiving and shipping orders via existing ticketing system.

Overall knowledge of mobile equipment operation.

Effective communication with end users via phone, e‑mail, or other platforms such as MS Teams.

Physical Demands

Must be available to respond at all times and provide own transportation to travel throughout the organization.

Standard office conditions with intermittent exposure to noise.

Requires extended periods of sitting.

Must understand complex verbal and written communications and respond appropriately.

Interpret equipment status indicators to determine operating conditions.

Read and understand technical manuals and documentation.

Work varying hours to minimize system downtime and support users.

May experience stressful conditions due to tight schedules.

Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lb unaided and up to 40 lb with assistance.

Occasional crouching, kneeling, bending, or crawling to access equipment.

Use small hand tools and manipulate small components such as screws and nuts.

Regular periods of repetitive hand motion.
