Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of paid digital and social media campaigns, including brand awareness, seasonal promotions, holiday activations, and demand generation efforts.
Manage and support one direct report responsible for organic social media, user-generated content (UGC), platform operations, and brand-related initiatives.
Develop clear, strategic briefs with measurable KPIs to guide external creative partners and align campaign direction.
Oversee day-to-day campaign management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining strong coordination with the media agency, content team, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging priorities, and business goals.
Monitor campaign and channel performance, working with the media agency to interpret data, identify insights, and implement ongoing optimizations.
Manage and evolve the organic social strategy, leveraging engagement data and platform trends to drive performance and audience growth.
Maintain and manage comprehensive content and media calendar to align with annual planning and campaign execution timelines.
Deep understanding of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in the digital and social landscape to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Prepare and deliver campaign performance updates, media plans, and strategic presentations to internal stakeholders.
Partner with the search and affiliate teams to ensure integration and alignment across digital channels and overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in content strategy, media planning or integrated marketing. Agency experience a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration (with a marketing focus).
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable results.
Experience managing media and creative agency partners.
Strategic thinking with a strong grasp of both brand storytelling and performance marketing.
A passion for collaborating with content creators to bring inspiring ideas to life.
Deep understanding of how media drives performance outcomes.
Skilled at writing clear, compelling and strategic briefs that inspire a creative team.
Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners.
Comfortable working with data: using insights to guide decision making, setting and analyzing KPIs.
Highly organized, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience with Sprinklr or similar social management platform.
Experience with MTA/MMM measurement models a plus.

The salary range for this position is $106,480 - $159,720 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
