Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing and Marketing Manager located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Leasing and Marketing Manager will oversee leasing activities, manage marketing initiatives, and work to attract and retain residents. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, ensuring high occupancy, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, prospects, and community partners.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management, leasing, and customer service
Knowledge of marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and advertising techniques
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and develop actionable insights
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in team management and mentoring is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
