Duties and Responsibilities
Exceed sales targets while delivering best‑in‑class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
Maintain brand presence and sales‑readiness through merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives, using Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions.
Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program and work independently within the assigned market.
Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution.
Effectively manage inventory levels, down‑stocking, and prompt reporting of all tasks.
Participate in merchandising resets and ensure timely placement of cutting‑edge products, adhering to safety protocols.
Job Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous year and personal vehicle with insurance.
Require travel to assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings, events, and air travel.
Capable of reaching, lifting, and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and using ladders.
Work nights and weekends; full‑time retail environment, standing for shift duration.
Self‑motivated, team player with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
MS Office proficiency; multilingual preferred; higher education preferred but not required.
Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
Non‑exempt position, overtime eligible.
Hourly rate: $24.04 – $25.96 (Target annual salary $50,000 – $54,000).
Sales contests and incentives.
Vehicle allowance: $400/month ($4,800/year pre‑tax).
Company iPhone and iPad.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits.

401(k) with 50% match up to 8% of salary.
Eligible for up to 10 paid holidays and 104 hours PTO in first year.
