Job Title: Field Marketing Manager - National Programs
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote (Willingness to travel)
Max Pay Rate: $87.00/hr W2
Client is looking for a results‑driven and hands‑on marketer who is responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi‑channel marketing programs across AMER to drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, assisting with the success of marketing initiatives and events that scale across AMER + Canada region.
The ideal candidate is high‑energy, with a positive, can‑do attitude and impeccable attention to detail. This role requires initiative, strong project management skills, cross‑functional relationship skills and a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
What you'll be doing:
Program and campaign strategy: Strategic planning of quarterly multi‑channel campaigns that scale AMER and align to revenue + pipeline goals for net‑new + expansion – develop, execute and communicate strategy and plans to the FMM AMER team. Examples include: Direct‑mail, AMER virtual experiences across all product lines, national tradeshows, roadshows, user groups, Camp Rubrik and many more.
Strategic marketing lead for AMER's overlay sales teams – map out strategy and quarterly plans across AMER and be the bridge of all overlay communications in the field and cross‑functionally.
Pipeline ownership: Take ownership of pipeline goals and manage the marketing and sales funnel, from lead generation to pipeline conversion.
Campaign management: Oversee the implementation of marketing activities in the field to ensure each product play is supported nationwide.
Project Management: Ongoing project management of the execution of campaigns and programs including timelines, ROI/results, changes/improvements, managing vendors.
Performance analytics: Monitor and analyze performance of all national campaigns and be able to critically assess what changes might need to be made.
Cross functional collaboration: Campaigns team, product marketing, strategic events, marketing operations, SDR team, procurement and legal teams.
Work with the Marketing Operations team: On data entry, list management, and reporting.
Budget management.
Market research: Be curious and always seeking to learn new events/vendors/product play initiatives in the field.
AMER FMM Operations: Lead and operationalize all AMER FMM operations such as the national swag store and specific marketing apps we leverage across AMER + Canada.
Marketing Calendar: Manage the marketing calendar to ensure that all major events and campaigns are documented and communicated to internal teams.
Experience you'll need:
A minimum of 7+ years' marketing‑related experience
Cyber‑security experience is a great‑to‑have
Organized, detail‑oriented and highly motivated, with project management experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Superior command of written and spoken English; the ability to write original content
Highly reliable and accountable to achieve deadlines, working with several different team members and juggling multiple projects at once
Must be a self‑starter, not afraid to ask questions
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Experience with event planning and execution
Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce.com), GSuite
Willingness to travel
