Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing encompassing product positioning, narrative development, and collateral creation.
Experience in external partner management, driving stakeholder alignment, and expanding partner relationships.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in the workforce development or education space, with a passion for working with diverse organizations.
Experience scaling communications across internal and external teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to develop and implement creative marketing ideas.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll lead high-impact marketing initiatives and strategic activations, enabling Grow with Google to successfully meet learners, job seekers, and SMB owners where they are and via the institutions that help support them. You will leverage and grow partnerships, and drive impact through these relationships. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Manage, nurture, and grow relationships with key partners, acting as a primary point of contact for marketing collaboration. Contribute to deepening engagement with industry partners, understanding their needs, and strategically integrating Grow with Google's resources, particularly AI skilling programs, into their ecosystems to drive adoption and program impact.
Contribute to the identification, creation, and implementation of effective marketing goals through business development, focusing on partners like educational institutions, workforce development organizations, and others that help us drive our mission. Develop joint marketing plans and activate campaigns with partners.
Work across multiple teams to contribute to the development and refinement of comprehensive go-to-market strategies. Execute partner initiatives that support marketing goals, identifying key stakeholders to build networks and foster collaborative efforts to achieve marketing success.
