Marketing Content Specialist Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Management: Lead creation, scheduling, and publishing of all photography and video content across social channels; manage community engagement; and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Digital Marketing & Analytics: Build and optimize paid advertising campaigns (social/Google Ads); track performance metrics (ROI, engagement); and manage scalable UGC/influencer programs.

Brand Visuals & Design Coordination: Execute light graphic design for digital and in-store collateral; ensure visual consistency across all brands; and support coordination of branded assets.

In-Store Experience & Events: Partner with teams to design and implement seasonal in-store visuals and displays; manage event promotion, community activations, sponsorships, and merchandise support.

Marketing Content Specialist Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or marketing execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects a plus) and Canva.

Experience managing paid social and Google Ads.

Strong aesthetic sense and visual storytelling ability.

Excellent copywriting and editing skills; confident adapting brand tone and style.

Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing multiple projects and timelines.

Experience in hospitality or lifestyle marketing is strongly preferred.
