Position Overview The
eCommerce Marketing Specialist
plays a key role in shaping Würth Wood Group’s digital presence. This position blends digital marketing, product content optimization, SEO/SEM strategy, and creative production. You’ll manage product listings, online campaigns, and site performance. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, IT, product management, and sales teams. Occasional sales ride‑alongs will offer firsthand insight into customer needs and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Manage online sales operations and strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Oversee eCommerce operations including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as sales, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with supply chain, merchandising, and fulfillment teams.
Collaborate with customer service to improve post‑purchase support.
Product Content & SEO
Optimize and maintain product content for clarity, engagement, and SEO.
Write keyword‑rich titles, descriptions, and metadata.
Use Adobe Photoshop for product imagery.
Manage and improve local SEO (Google My Business, citations, listings).
Monitor algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Develop product hierarchy, taxonomy, and attributes.
Experience with PIM systems is a plus.
SEM & Digital Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC/SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Develop ad copy and landing pages.
Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar tools.
Test and iterate to improve ROI.
Marketing Automation & Campaigns
Use Constant Contact and BigCommerce to run automated email campaigns and workflows.
Maintain list hygiene and compliance with CAN‑SPAM and GDPR.
Produce analytics dashboards and performance reports.
Align campaigns with customer journey touchpoints.
Creative Content & Media
Design and produce print/digital collateral such as flyers, features, and catalogs.
Edit videos, capture photography, and create visual assets for web/social.
Support product management and sales with marketing materials.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Work
Partner with product management, IT, and marketing teams.
Engage with sales to understand customer challenges and opportunities.
Manage multiple priorities in a detail‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product content management.
Proficient in HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Understanding of SEO best practices (HTML, CSS, site structure).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
Video editing and photography experience a plus.
Familiarity with SAP Hybris is a plus.
