We’re looking for a Growth Product Designer who’s equal parts creative and analytical to help Deel unlock new levels of user engagement, product adoption, and retention. You’ll be at the intersection of product, design, and growth, crafting intuitive experiences, running experiments, and turning insights into measurable impact. Responsibilities

Design user‑centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization). Collaborate cross‑functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses. Design prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent. Ensure a seamless user experience across product areas, considering all possible scenarios. Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey. Understand A/B testing frameworks and liaise with data on testing and results. Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience. Contribute to the evolving design system and push visual and interaction standards forward through motion. Requirements

Be passionate about design. Proven growth experience. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes. Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing. Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools. Comfort working in fast‑paced environments. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Be comfortable being involved with the end‑to‑end development process—from ideation to design QA, feeding and unblocking the team. Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute, action‑biased. Nice to Have

Experience designing for onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models. Ability to do advanced prototyping utilizing progression disclosure rather than just static pages. Total Rewards

Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. With scalable benefits, rewards, and perks, our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all. Some Things You’ll Enjoy

Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status, and location. Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country. The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations

At Deel, we’re an equal‑opportunity employer that values diversity and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy or maternity or other legally protected characteristics.
