About the Role:
Real estate runs on Yardi, and your work helps clients and prospects move faster. At the intersection of product and marketing, you connect product strategy to revenue outcomes. You define buyer personas and problems, create distinctive positioning and turn complex product stories into narratives that drive engagement and sales. You own the launch calendar and orchestrate integrated campaigns with product, demand generation, and field teams. You build proof through case studies, demos and clear storytelling that earns trust. You equip sales with crisp messaging, competitive guidance and training that elevates every conversation. You champion the voice of the customer and bring it into product, marketing, and sales decisions. Your work drives awareness, adoption, and retention across the customer life cycle.
What You’ll Do:
Define target audiences, craft compelling product positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, launches, and campaigns that drive adoption and client engagement.
Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to develop impactful collateral, sales tools, and training materials.
Analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and messaging.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
Three years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing
Prior experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Knowledge of product launch planning, campaign development, and sales enablement practices
Strong writing and storytelling skills to translate product information into clear, compelling messages
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proofreading and editing skills
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong research and analytical skills
Understanding of client needs and ability to translate feedback into marketing strategy
Excellent organizational skills
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Initiative and accountability in managing deliverables and timelines
Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs
Ideal to Have:
Experience in specified product/market/industry
Enterprise software and real estate industry experience
Experience hosting webinars or speaking at client-facing events
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
Experience with design tools including Adobe Suite and Figma
Proficiency with marketing tools such as project management, CRM, or website CMS platform
