Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and leading client meetings. The candidate will also support customer service, oversee marketing initiatives, assist in training processes, track sales performance, and collaborate with the team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Proven experience in sales and sales management, with the ability to develop strategies and achieve targets
Experience in creating and delivering training sessions to improve client and team outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage on-site responsibilities effectively
Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and understanding current market trends
Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience or employment history in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
