We are seeking a
Project Supervisor
to join our team in
Little Rock, AR . In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations and overall project timelines by routing work daily to field crews based on locates and due dates and managing resources in the field to meet individual job complications.

The Role
Ensure safe work practices are implemented and followed across all team members
Oversee the day‑to‑day & overall project timelines
Work within required timelines to ensure deadlines are met, maintaining strict timelines on individual job completions
Route work daily to field crews based on locates and due dates
Manage resources in the field to meet individual job complications
Maintain materials inventory and proper record keeping
Complete material orders as needed
Issue materials to field crews as necessary
Manage damage claim process; communicate with customer/homeowner/crews, complete damage claim investigations, ensure proper damage claim resolution and maintain damage claim records
Complete site surveys; verifying paths, locates and equipment needed
Train, coach and lead new and existing team members
Deliver high-quality workmanship in accordance with project specifications
Requirements
3+ years of industry experience with a proven track record as a project and people leader required
Ability to provide mentoring and direction to assigned teams and/or departments
Create measurable standards of individual and team performance to ensure maintenance of established goals
Adheres to all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines
Maintains required safety certifications
Demonstrates proficiency with industry-specific tools and equipment
Ability to safely operate a vehicle while pulling a trailer
Participates in safety meetings and initiatives
Maintains compliance with industry regulations
Complies with ladder safety requirements (275-pound maximum weight limit)
Safety accommodations may be considered based on demonstrated experience in similar roles
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds as needed
Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder (approximately 28 feet high and 75 points each)
Utilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Follows proper safety protocols for handling hazardous materials
Safely navigates varied terrain while managing equipment and tools efficiently
Functions effectively in environments with moderate to high noise levels
Safely operates around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and power infrastructure
Ability to work in an outdoor environment in all seasons and weather conditions
Ability to work outside of business hours when needed including overtime, holidays, evenings and weekends
Willingness to work in a wide variety of conditions including indoors, outdoors, ladders/heights, small spaces, assorted weather conditions, etc.
Overnight travel as required for this position
Must provide a valid government‑issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
Passing of all pre‑employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
