– A web app that matches businesses worldwide with best‑fit talent using an AI‑driven algorithm. Since 2020, Awesomic has completed 14,000+ tasks for 4,000+ clients, including Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, Y Combinator startups, and various VC funds.
About You
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP, or similar).
Proven growth in B2B SaaS companies operating in the U.S. market.
Experience in a fast‑paced, venture‑backed or high‑growth tech environment.
Strategic thinker who combines creativity with strong analytical and operational skills.
Experience building and scaling marketing teams, setting goals, and coaching.
Fluent in data‑driven decision making and campaign measurement.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
Familiar with modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct market, competitor and customer segmentation analyses.
Lead multi‑channel acquisition and retention campaigns.
Plan and coordinate content production (articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, webinars).
Optimize SEO and content analytics to enhance visibility.
Utilize social media, email, PPC and other digital channels.
Coach and manage the marketing team; conduct 1‑1s, hire, set KPIs and goals.
Analyze ROI, implement data‑driven approaches and report to leadership.
Prepare and control the marketing budget; manage contractors.
Develop USPs and maintain a cohesive brand image across all channels.
