Position Summary A full‑time outside sales position focused on developing relationships with pre‑qualified homeowners. You will not be responsible for generating leads; 80% of the legwork is done for you through our rigorous pre‑qualification process. Your sole focus will be on selling, while we handle all post‑sale activities.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad.
Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings.
Design a new bath using our proprietary iPad software.
Deliver price proposals and close sales on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
Ability to work independently.
Outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings.
Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
Salary and Perks
First‑year compensation of $100,000.00 (typical for fully committed team members). Commission paid at 10% of net sales.
Company‑provided sales system, sales kit, iPad, and company uniforms & apparel.
