Togetherwork is seeking a
Growth Marketing Manager
to design and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive inbound demand, expand top-of-funnel pipeline, and optimize conversion across the buyer journey. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role where you’ll create and scale programs that turn awareness into measurable revenue impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to shape go‑to‑market strategy, refine messaging, and deliver campaigns that move prospects seamlessly through the funnel. Inbound & Demand Generation:
Develop and execute multi‑channel inbound campaigns (content, SEO, paid, social, partnerships, and more) to drive awareness and top‑of‑funnel lead growth. Conversion Optimization:
Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages, lead flows, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and ROI. Go-to-Market Leadership:
Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute launches for new and existing products. Campaign Ownership:
Design, manage, and measure full‑funnel campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deliver on revenue goals. Data-Driven Insights:
Use analytics and performance reporting to refine marketing spend, forecast results, and drive continuous improvement. Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. What you bring
5+ years of experience in
growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
roles. Proven track record driving inbound pipeline growth and improving conversion metrics. Strong experience with
go‑to‑market strategy
and new product launches. Proficiency with
SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content‑driven lead generation. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide strategy and optimize results. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience in
B2B SaaS or technology marketing
highly preferred. Comfortable operating in a
fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
