Job Opportunity: Client Manager
Olsson is seeking a Client Manager for our Site Design division in Dallas, TX, and Fort Worth, TX. We are a team-based, purpose-driven engineering and design firm dedicated to improving communities through our people and entrepreneurial spirit.
The Client Manager role will serve as the main point of contact for a specific client, division of a larger client, or a targeted client at the team level. This position is responsible for establishing solid relationships, building rapport, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The Client Manager oversees client service management for the team, ensuring that services provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing a key client account within the team or across multiple teams.
- Developing a deep understanding of the client's business and industry to present growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and cross-sell services.
- Creating communication plans unique to the client to ensure communication needs are satisfied.
- Leading efforts, in conjunction with the team leader and/or group leader(s), to secure repeat client work.
- Managing client expectations and negotiating outcomes.
- Coordinating with internal leaders to address client concerns or conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working collaboratively with others and having ownership in the work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related area is preferred.
- A minimum of eight years of client experience with increasing responsibility.
