Kapoor Law Firm takes great pride in the results we have achieved for our clients over the years. As we expand, we’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Director to lead our social media and digital strategy across Business to Business and Business to Consumer channels.

Range for $65,000 to $85,000 annually.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director, based in Garden City, NY. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing plans, conducting market research, and managing marketing activities. Daily tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Director with a sharp understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital strategy — especially within regulated industries like legal field, cannabis, alcohol, or tobacco. You’ll be the architect behind our online presence, driving brand growth, community engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.) tailored for both retail consumers and B2B partners
• Build a consistent and compliant brand voice in line with advertising regulations
• Lead and grow a team of content creators, social media managers, and freelancers
• Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and execution to drive organic growth and web traffic
• Collaborate with sales, retail ops, and compliance teams to align campaigns with business objectives
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs
• Manage influencer relationships and social collaborations
• Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and cannabis regulation

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Proficient in conducting Market Research
• Strong Marketing and Sales skills
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration qualities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Hands‑on SEO and content marketing experience (including tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the legal industry is a plus
