Roles & Duties (Salary - how to reach the break-even point)

• Lead our Marketing Staff: Facilities & Sponsorships, Scouting, Media & Media Manager
• Oversight of sponsorship agreements & vendor relationship: fulfill agreements & campaigns
• Manage the department expense budget - find cost savings and evaluate ROI of all expenses
• Ensure compliance of all record keeping and reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain brand identity
• Reputation oversight and management
• Content oversight and direction
• Seasonal marketing planning and other documented systems to stay organized
• Recruitment marketing
• Website Oversight
• Analytics and insights oversight
• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must relocate to Oklahoma City by start date

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary range of $60K-80K based on experience
• Additional Incentive Compensation based on results
• Benefits eligible
