Job Summary
The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing AMS Verification, EMI/EMC Design, and AMS Design. The primary focus will be on ensuring the successful verification of AMS designs, addressing EMI/EMC challenges, and driving the overall AMS design process. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the ams verification process to ensure functionality and performance criteria are met
Develop and implement strategies for effective emi/emc design to achieve compliance standards
Drive the design of analog and mixed signal (ams) circuits, systems, and layouts
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate ams designs into larger product solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Conduct design reviews and identify areas for improvement in the ams verification and design process
Skill Requirements Proficiency in verifying analog and mixed signal (ams) designs
Strong knowledge of emi/emc design principles and methodologies
Experience in designing analog and mixed signal (ams) circuits and systems
Proficient in industry standard ams design tools and software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
