Support negotiations and monitor non‑biddable media buys; QC final buys to ensure adherence to the approved plan and deliverables.

Partner with Media Finance to support reconciliation and pacing; surface risks and recommendations early.

Review early‑phase performance signals with Activation; translate data into insights and actionable next steps.

Monitor pacing and performance, recommending optimisations across bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative rotation.

Build recurring reporting and insights deliverables and contribute to quarterly readouts with data‑informed recommendations.

Develop and maintain test‑and‑learn roadmaps; collaborate with Analytics on tagging, measurement, and attribution.

Maintain strong relationships with media partners to secure betas and first‑to‑market opportunities.

Mentor Assistant Planners/Analysts and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
