They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support stock and display initiatives by managing samples and brochures, restocking as necessary, and ensuring displays promote a safe and appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals. Responsibilities Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; greet customers, assess kitchen/bath project needs, and guide them through showroom options Provide showroom tours and coordinate kitchen and/or bath measurements Review room designs with customers and make purchasing recommendations Monitor stock levels for samples and brochures and restock as necessary Maintain store appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment Support store priorities to help drive sales and achieve department/store goals Qualifications Employment type: Full-time Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess kitchen and/or bath project needs and translate them into showroom solutions Ability to conduct showroom tours, discuss designs, and provide purchasing recommendations Ability to maintain stock of samples and brochures and keep the showroom organized and presentable #J-18808-Ljbffr
