Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Base pay range: $19.50/hr - $19.50/hr. This role supports three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service, guiding customers through kitchen and/or bath projects, and promoting a safe and appealing showroom environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers, assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, and set up measurements for project planning. Review room designs with customers and provide purchasing recommendations. Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. Support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote an inviting and safe shopping environment. Drive sales to meet department and store goals by aligning with the three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance.
