Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; set up measurements; review room designs; and make purchasing recommendations. Support Customers First by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service and guiding customers through the showroom. Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support availability. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing, safe shopping environment. Collaborate with store teams to drive sales and achieve department and store goals.
