Position Overview
We are looking for our first creative hire, a Founding Creative Lead, to define and build the Dyna brand from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the world sees, understands, and experiences the future of embodied AGI.

You will be responsible for translating our complex, groundbreaking technology into a compelling, accessible, and iconic brand. This role is for a hands-on builder and strategic thinker who can own the entire creative stack-from defining our brand identity to executing pixel-perfect web designs, directing product launch videos, and shaping the way humans interact with our robots. You will be the founder of Dyna's creative function and will set the visual bar for everything we do.

We're small, fast, and hands-on with customers-giving you cinematic raw material (robots at work), direct access to founders/researchers, and real outcomes to turn into narrative, visuals, and experiences. You'll shape the entire brand system from scratch and take it from zero to one, and one to N scale.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Define the Brand: Build Dyna's brand identity from first principles. You will own the development of our core values, creative voice, and complete visual system (logo, typography, color, motion, etc.).
  • Tell Our Story: Lead the creative development of our brand narrative. Find new, inspiring ways to communicate what we do, moving beyond the lab to show the real-world impact of our technology.
  • Own All Creative Execution: Act as a "full-stack" creative lead. You will personally design, direct, and execute creative across all touchpoints:
    • Web & Digital: Own the creative direction, UX, and UI of Dyna.co, ensuring it's a world-class showcase for our mission and products.
    • Marketing & Launches: Concept and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns for product launches, research milestones, and recruiting pushes.
    • Content: Direct and produce all visual assets, including video, photography, illustration, and 3D renders that bring our robots and technology to life.
    • Contribute to the evolution of Dyna's brand in ways that are scalable, distinctive, and expressive.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Serve as the creative partner to the entire company, from leadership to research. You will translate abstract technical concepts into clear, elegant, and human-centric visual communication.
  • Set the Standard: Establish and maintain a world-class bar for visual craft and creative excellence across all internal and external materials, from slide decks to event booths.
Qualifications
  • You are a creative and amazing storyteller, think out of box, and have a vision about the future of AI and robotics
  • Have 5+ years of experience as an Art Director at in-house or at a top-tier creative agency, with a portfolio that shows work for modern technology brands
  • Ignore last point if you have something really unique to show and are passionate & creative about telling the story of the best robot for the future :)
  • Bring a strong and creative background in visual design with fluency across channels-digital, social, film, print, and experiential
  • A conceptual thinker who can ideate strategically and visually across formats and campaigns
  • Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and have experience scaling ideas under tight timelines
  • Are passionate about design craft and committed to building systems and stories that elevate brand presence over time
  • Value collaboration and feedback, and thrive in cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with or designing for AI, robotics, or other complex technical products
  • Comfort giving creative direction in Figma, Google Slides, or on-set
  • AI native - has passion in building and trying AI tools
