Your Role at impact.com:
Join our rapidly growing Performance Creator Team as the Creator Agency Consulting Manager , where you will lead the strategic development and growth of our agency partner ecosystem. You’ll build and nurture relationships with affiliate and influencer marketing agencies, empowering them to scale world‑class Performance Creator programs for their brands. This role is both strategic and hands‑on—ideal for someone who thrives in partnerships, education, and elevating industry best practices. You’ll be the architect behind our Performance Creator Gold Standards , shaping how agencies engage, monetize, and grow within this evolving channel.
What You'll Do:
Channel Strategy & Development
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow performance creator adoption within the agency channel.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high‑potential agency partners aligned with company objectives.
Design scalable frameworks and playbooks—such as Gold Standard Best Practices—for agency management, performance tracking, and collaboration.
Agency Partner Education & Enablement
Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners on all performance creator initiatives.
Educate and advise agencies on performance creator strategies, monetization models, and platform best practices.
Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships that drive advocacy, client success, and mutual profitability.
Program Performance & Badging
Manage agency portfolio performance using indicators such as:
Number of brands and active programs
Client retention and satisfaction
Creator community growth and engagement
Creator payout volume (GTV)
Demonstrated program performance improvement over time
Support the design and implementation of the Performance Creator Agency Badging Program to recognize top performers.
Reporting & Insights
Develop reports and dashboards to track agency performance, growth, and contribution to revenue.
Deliver actionable insights and business reviews to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Contribute to forecasting, goal‑setting, and continuous improvement efforts.
Other Duties
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the performance creator channel.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, partnerships, or creator marketing.
Proven experience working with or within agencies.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with performance marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
Preferred:
Experience building or scaling an agency partnership program.
Background in e‑commerce, SaaS, fintech, or digital advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and attribution models.

Salary Range: $112,500-$131,250 OTE potential total on target earnings (base + commission), per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
