Responsibilities Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service: welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an attractive and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
