Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot
Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up for measures, and review room designs to make purchasing recommendations.
Responsibilities Assist Customers First by delivering quality service and guiding customers through their kitchen and/or bath projects.
Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
Drive sales to meet department and store goals by aligning with the three store priorities.
