Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot . The Designer role supports three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, arranging for kitchen and/or bath measurements, and meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to help achieve department and store goals. Responsibilities Support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting them up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. Drive sales to support department and store goals by aligning with the three store priorities.
