Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot Base pay range $19.50/hr - $19.50/hr Job Description Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They also support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary, and support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe and appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs Provide showroom tours and coordinate measurements for projects Review room designs with customers and present purchasing recommendations Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as needed Maintain an appealing and safe showroom environment to promote sales Drive sales to support department and store goals Compensation Base pay: $19.50 per hour.
