We’re looking for a bold, trend-savvy Art Director to lead the creative vision for one of the fastest-growing names in beauty. You’ll be at the intersection of design, culture, and virality — shaping visuals and campaigns that spark conversation, drive buzz, and make people stop scrolling.

In this role, you’ll own the brand’s look and feel across digital, social, and product launches — from TikTok-first campaigns to packaging design and creative collaborations. You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to craft visuals that are fresh, iconic, and instantly recognizable.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Concept and direct social-first campaigns, photo/video shoots, and product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and influencer teams to turn ideas into viral moments.
• Experiment with new formats, motion, and trends to keep the brand culturally relevant.
