Title: Audio Video Operations Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Technician for a long-term contract role with a client in St. Louis, MO (Onsite). We are ideally looking for an applicant with 2 years’ experience in Audio Video Operations Support with expertise in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management.

Pay Range: $39.00/hr - $41.00/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow and handle support tickets.
• Manage onsite support of client conference rooms.
• Employ advanced service desk resolution management.
• Optimize production processes related to audio-video operations.

Must-Have Skills

• Service Desk Resolution
• Service Desk Remote Technology
• Production Optimization
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with audio/video experience.
• Familiarity with equipment including Creston, Polycom, Logitech, and 1Beyond.

Education Requirements

• HS Diploma
