AdTime Marketing Inc. is hiring: Social Media Content Creator in Skokie

We’re a fast-moving marketing agency representing multiple car dealerships across Illinois, and we’re looking for a creator who loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping content. You’ll travel to stores, brainstorm and plan concepts with our team, film on site, step on camera, and edit short‑form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts). You’ll also help produce social content for AdTime Marketing. Expect creative freedom, quick turnarounds, and plenty of variety—employee spotlights, behind‑the‑scenes, “day in the life,” feature explainers, and community moments. You should be confident on camera, bring strong, positive energy, and be comfortable directing talent and delivering clean edits with captions, hooks, and simple graphics.

Responsibilities

• Visit each dealership to plan, film, and batch content.
• Be on camera and direct employees for fun, educational, and behind‑the‑scenes videos.
• Edit for short‑form platforms; add captions, hooks, and simple graphics.
• Organize and deliver ready‑to‑post files by store/campaign.
• Collaborate on content calendars and quick on‑site concepts.
• Support AdTime Marketing channel videos as needed.
• Communicate clearly and meet timelines; drive to locations reliably.
