They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up for kitchen and/or bath measurements, and reviewing room designs with customers to make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.
