Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers monitor stock levels of samples and brochures, restock as necessary, and ensure showrooms and displays promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
