Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance, by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers and assisting with kitchen and/or bath projects. Responsibilities Welcome customers to the store, assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, and set up measurements. Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. Drive sales to support department and store goals by applying these three store priorities.
