Base pay range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr Responsibilities Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers to support Customers First. Welcome customers to the store and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours and set up kitchen and/or bath measurements. Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary (In Stock). Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment (Store Appearance). By supporting these priorities, drive sales to support department and store goals.
