Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot. This position focuses on delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers while supporting store priorities. Responsibilities Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They engage with customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, arranging kitchen and/or bath measures, reviewing room designs with customers, and making purchasing recommendations. Designers also support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They help maintain Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers contribute to sales and store goals.
