Job Description Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service, interacting with customers, assessing project needs, providing showroom tours, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels and restocking samples and brochures. They support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and meet store goals.
