Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. They welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, give showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measures, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Responsibilities Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. Welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, and discuss room designs with purchasing recommendations. Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. Drive sales to support department and store goals by aligning actions with the three store priorities.
